Just started using Lapels after moving to Saltillo.I am very impressed with the customer service being so friendly and helpful and the clean and bright store lobby. I like them emailing me when my order is ready, saves me time.
Lapels was able to fulfill my request to get my items back to me quicker than was first estimated as I was traveling out of town. Facility is clean and the staff in Saltillo is helpful and friendly! My clothing came back smelling fresh and all my items were pressed correctly and neatly hung. I did not realize Lapels uses cleaning solutions that are environmentally friendly… that is a plus! 😃
Lapels is the best. They provide excellent service and the staff is very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them.
