Everything was so nice! From the time I dropped everything off, to them texting me everything was ready! That was nice, and sooner than I expected! Comforter was done beautifully too! So Happy a friend recommended them!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Martinizing Dry Cleaning destroyed (the cuff of the pants suit was somehow ripped off the leg of the pants (how does that happen)) suit pants that I took there for dry cleaning - see picture. When I asked for a credit equal to the reasonable present value of the suit (much less than I paid for it), the attendant pointed me to very small font on the back of the receipt that says any damage is limited to 10 times the value of the cost of dry cleaning the suit pants. Paid for the garment be ready by a specific time. On the day that it was supposed to be ready it was late, no one knew where the driver was at, no one called and checked. Never coming back again. If you promise certain time, then deliver by then, do not blame it on traffic and other factors when you charge over twenty dollars to clean one item.

Had a get a tablecloth cleaned for a trade show and they got it done in 2 days when everywhere else told me a week! Great customer service and will definitely recommend to everyone.
