I am so glad that I made the decision to use Martinizing dry cleaning , the customer service was great and the facility is very clean. The original pick was a week to get my two king size comforters cleaned but to my surprise it took a few days. My items are clean, fresh, no stains and delivered folded in a bag. The pricing is great. I will recommend anyone to their services.
Dirty, riude, i brought in a childs cotton button down shirt for laundering. They charged me $11!!!! That was my mistake, not asking ahead of time how much it would cost. When I asked Why it was $11 when at home it’s usually three maybe four dollars, she said it was a woman’s blouse!!! I said no, it’s a child’s shirt. Instead of arguing I just know I’ll NEVER be back there.
I’ve had an excellent experience with Martinizing Dry Cleaners at the US-41 location near downtown Naples. The staff is consistently professional, the drop-off service is extremely convenient, and the pricing is very reasonable for the level of care provided. Martinizing Dry Cleaning destroyed (the cuff of the pants suit was somehow ripped off the leg of the pants (how does that happen)) suit pants that I took there for dry cleaning - see picture. When I asked for a credit equal to the reasonable present value of the suit (much less than I paid for it), the attendant pointed me to very small font on the back of the receipt that says any damage is limited to 10 times the value of the cost of dry cleaning the suit pants.
