I’ve been using you for 10 years. In the last 4 years I’ve had lots of frustration with the fact that I’m a preferred customer dropping off men’s dress shirts on Wednesdays for the discount pricing. 9 times out of 10 the discount is not given. I have to ask at each pick up if I received the Wednesday pricing. I also do not like that if you use your debit card you are charged a processing fee. The prices have also gone up so much that I’m looking for a new dry cleaner.
