I was very happy with my shirts and jackets that were cleaned. I also loved the customer service! All in all, it was very good and they went above and beyond to make me comfortable and pleased.

I mentioned to the owner in an appropriate way that my suit wasn't cleaned properly and she took offense and accused me of being aggressive. She spoke to me disrespectfully and pointed her finger at me. I know she has been ill so I have given her the benefit of the doubt. One of my other suits wasn't cleaned properly over pressed and came back discolored. But I never said a word due to her illness. I will not return to this establishment. Especially since she chastised me in front of her employees.
