Worse experience EVER, I dropped off a coat in December 2024, with an expectation of it being clean by January. It is now February 7 and it has not been clean AT ALL. They put in plastic and gave it back as if it was cleaned. Over a month and half and didn’t touch the coat at all, after multiple calls and visits.
I've never been so disappointed with a service to the point where I wanted to write a negative review until now. I dropped several pieces of clothing off on a Saturday to be dry cleaned, (full suit, sports coat, four dress shirts, and several ties) and explained what I hoped to be done for them (essentially just standard dry cleaning/stain removal for all but the suit pants). I drop items off they are clean, pay in advance and they do a great job. They have been voted number 1 in the downriver area. Nice friendly people.
I took my daughter's cheer uniform there they did not clean it and I didn't notice until my daughter was getting dressed.
Not very friendly, but very quick work and did a nice job with the military creases I needed done on my husband's shirt. I chalk up the unfriendliness to the fact that she was probably very busy. I would still go again.
