Do not trust this company.They do not read the tags.They do not follow manufacturer's directions.They will destroy your stuff. I dropped my dry clean only comforter off and when I went to pick it up a week later, they told me that it was soaking wet and needed to air dry for a week. It was never supposed to be wet.It was supposed to be dry clean.That was the only reason I brought it here.I could have put it in a washing machine myself for 7 dollars. Worse experience EVER, I dropped off a coat in December 2024, with an expectation of it being clean by January. It is now February 7 and it has not been clean AT ALL. They put in plastic and gave it back as if it was cleaned. Over a month and half and didn’t touch the coat at all, after multiple calls and visits.
Busted my tail to beat traffic to get there from work by 6pm. Got there at 5:55 (I had one item) door was already locked lights were off.
I don’t usually share negative reviews unless it is something that should be seen by others before they think about using the company.Lincoln Park location front desk associate is not friendly at all ,doesn’t smile and makes you feel like you are a bother.I dropped off our dry cleaning and my husband picked it up and both of us had the same experience with her.Today my Husband picked up and she tells him her credit card machine is broke ,so he had to leave to go get money ,he comes back with 4 20$ bills , our order was a lit... read more
I've never been so disappointed with a service to the point where I wanted to write a negative review until now. I dropped several pieces of clothing off on a Saturday to be dry cleaned, (full suit, sports coat, four dress shirts, and several ties) and explained what I hoped to be done for them (essentially just standard dry cleaning/stain removal for all but the suit pants).
