I've come to this location multiple times for my dry cleaning and other services over the past several years and have always had a good experience. This time I bought my $2,000 custom suit for them to press. Not dry clean.. press. For those of you that have nice custom suits, I'm sure you know that every time you have it dry cleaned, it diminishes the overall integrity of the suit. I told them to only press, not dry clean. First, despite several requests, they have somebody else’s name associated with my phone number, therefore, all of their texts, etc. come to that person. But the real icing on the cake was my request to have nine shirts cleaned and folded as I was going to ending them to a homeless shelter. When I picked up my order, six shirts were folded three were on hanger. Their solution was to give me the discounted price for the cost of the three shirts on hanger. wish I read these reviews sooner, i have noticed stains on all my dress shirts and I just kept assuming I'm a messy eater or cook. But i just got a brand new white dress shirt cleaned here and it's covered in what looks like rust stains, on the back, the front, the sleeves. I would avoid this place, I think their machines are causing the stains.
This is the absolutely worst dry cleaning I have ever seen!!! They completely ruined a designer $4000 dress (i paid resale value but it does not diminish the fact it is a 100% real Channel) and left a note saying they couldn’t get the spot out when they were the ones who ruined it!!!!
