I've come to this location multiple times for my dry cleaning and other services over the past several years and have always had a good experience. This time I bought my $2,000 custom suit for them to press. Not dry clean.. press. For those of you that have nice custom suits, I'm sure you know that every time you have it dry cleaned, it diminishes the overall integrity of the suit. I told them to only press, not dry clean. This place is incredible. The weekly pickup service is so convenient and the quality is top notch. I stained two very expensive pieces of clothing with ink and had no confidence in the ability to restore the clothing and they returned both pieces completely stain free. I am so impressed!

Then, the quickest turnaround they can give me for dry cleaning is 6 days out. I offer to pay more, but I guess it's physically impossible to get the job done in time. The attendan... read more
First, despite several requests, they have somebody else’s name associated with my phone number, therefore, all of their texts, etc. come to that person. But the real icing on the cake was my request to have nine shirts cleaned and folded as I was going to ending them to a homeless shelter. When I picked up my order, six shirts were folded three were on hanger. Their solution was to give me the discounted price for the cost of the three shirts on hanger. At this point of my life, I very little laundry and dry cleaning a... read more
