I've come to this location multiple times for my dry cleaning and other services over the past several years and have always had a good experience. This time I bought my $2,000 custom suit for them to press. Not dry clean.. press. For those of you that have nice custom suits, I'm sure you know that every time you have it dry cleaned, it diminishes the overall integrity of the suit. I told them to only press, not dry clean. wish I read these reviews sooner, i have noticed stains on all my dress shirts and I just kept assuming I'm a messy eater or cook. But i just got a brand new white dress shirt cleaned here and it's covered in what looks like rust stains, on the back, the front, the sleeves. I would avoid this place, I think their machines are causing the stains.

This is the absolutely worst dry cleaning I have ever seen!!! They completely ruined a designer $4000 dress (i paid resale value but it does not diminish the fact it is a 100% real Channel) and left a note saying they couldn’t get the spot out when they were the ones who ruined it!!!! Just picked up 18 items and 6 still have stains on them, with one of the items looking damaged. When I picked these up and asked whether they were able to get the stains out of a few, the response was “you can look”. For $220, I would expect better customer service and desire to make sure customers are happy with the clothes. I’ve been a few times since I’m not located close to another dry cleaner and this is the experience most times. If you can, I would go elsewhere.
