Dropped off our bridesmaid dresses to get the wrinkles out. I just picked them up and they look better than when I dropped them off!!! Will definitely come back with any important garment. Britney from the front desk was also very nice and a great help!
Giving one star because of the issue with billing. Went to pick up my clothes and the lady at front asked me to pay x dollars. Paid the full amount and walked out happily. Next week got a call saying I didn't pay the full amount and lady charged me incorrectly. They sent a text saying you have to pay the remaining y amount. Multiple messages confirming the same y amount. Went to the store to pay the y amount and was told that I have to pay x + y. I should have kept my bill which I didn't. Absolutely fantastic service! This dry cleaning business has exceeded my expectations. The drive-thru access makes dropping off and picking up a breeze. But what really sets them apart is the friendly and welcoming staff. The quality of their cleaning is exceptional. They handle my sweaters outstanding— returned meticulously folded, with tissue paper packed and a snapped plastic bag making them feel brand new when returned to me. As first time customer, not happy with the dry cleaning of my suit and pants. The pants were not pressed properly and there were many wrinkles on my Italian 100% wool suit. Also, when I presented the coupon I received in email, they refused to honor and said I can use next time. I mentioned about this while dropping off my clothes, they said to present at pickup. Sorry no more next time for you and lost a customer for good 👎
