Front staff is super friendly. I was asked if I needed a quick turnaround (which I didn’t) but my formal dress was ready in an unexpectedly fast time! I was shocked at the price too. I just moved here from Lubbock and I would have probably paid double there. Thanks for the great service for the price! I’ll be back! My only wish (for all of you in the shopping center) is to get traffic light control. Getting across 29 is a BEAST!
I was extremely picky on where to bring my racing firesuit, and went with Martinizing off of the reviews. The reviews did not disappoint. After speaking with the lady at the front desk, I was assured that yet my request was niche they would treat it with the utmost care, and if they had any reservations or questions they would not hesitate to reach out to me. With a very fast turn around and unbeatable price I will be using them again in the future.
I showed up at 10:30, which is when the tailor is to start on Saturdays, to get a few things tailored. The tailor shows up at 10:45, didn't acknowledge she was late, and an apology was even less likely. The interaction from that point forward was unfriendly and strained. Fast, convenient, and well-priced! I had a custom made lehenga that I needed to get clean. There were a few stubborn spots, and these guys worked extra hard to get them out. I appreciate their open communication, transparency, and overall good customer service. Will definitely go here again!
