Lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. Dress looked great when I got it back
Sloppy pressing and disappointing customer service. Brought in a wool sport coat for cleaning and pressing. The pressing was sloppy around the collar/lapels. I asked for it to be pressed again, which they did for me. But the re-press was also sloppy. The only thing they offered was to say that I should visit the main location and talk to them. No apology; no refund; no offer to help the customer. No future business from my family.

Exceptional alterations, could not see stitches, fits perfectly, done a week early
Worst customer service I've received in recent memory. Called ahead for cost estimate and told the person I had a couple gift certificates from a charity event that I needed to use. When I dropped the items off, I showed the girl behind the desk the two gift certificates, she looked them over and told me the estimated pick up date. In neither instance did anyone say that only one certificate can be used per order. However, when I went to pick up, the same girl now said people can only use one gift certificate per order.
