They lost a brand new $150 shirt that was only there to be cleaned and pressed for its first wearing. NEVER AGAIN. They had no clue how it got separated, told me on a Wednesday that it should be back Thursday, so I went Friday morning. No clue where it went, how it got separated from other clothes, or how to rectify the situation. 'These things happen sometimes' is what I was told.
Lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. Dress looked great when I got it back
