The worst experience I have ever had. They require a $50 deposit for wedding dresses but no deposit when you bring in supposedly $2000 worth of table clothes to get dry cleaned. It was $41 to get one single 8ft tablecloth cleaned which is $5 new. This is outrageous. They should tell you the price to dry clean before hand, especially because they do for dresses and tuxes. Very unimpressed and will never be back.

They lost a brand new $150 shirt that was only there to be cleaned and pressed for its first wearing. NEVER AGAIN. They had no clue how it got separated, told me on a Wednesday that it should be back Thursday, so I went Friday morning. No clue where it went, how it got separated from other clothes, or how to rectify the situation. 'These things happen sometimes' is what I was told.

Sloppy pressing and disappointing customer service. Brought in a wool sport coat for cleaning and pressing. The pressing was sloppy around the collar/lapels. I asked for it to be pressed again, which they did for me. But the re-press was also sloppy. The only thing they offered was to say that I should visit the main location and talk to them. No apology; no refund; no offer to help the customer. No future business from my family.
