Definitely not what it used to be 10 years ago. Used them years ago and came back to the Worst service ever came in to correct a complaint and got my shirts ripped off hanger and money returned when I didn’t ask for refund. Went to place on aloma and forysth half the price and double the service
Both my husband and I work "white collar jobs" and our dry cleaning needs are robust. I have trusted this location with my clothing for more than 20 years and they have never disappointed. My items are always ready ahead of time and alterations are quick, and of quality work. Thank you for all you do to keep us looking smart!
I’m very happy with my recent experience they are Super helpful and very nice , prices are extremely reasonable i totally recommend this place , my pieces were perfectly cleaned ! Thank you
Absolutely AWESOME service!! I have been going there for over 15 years for all of my alterations and dry cleaning. They have never failed me and I have brought in some pretty odd requests on the alterations and tough stains on the cleaning. Staff is friendly and helpful. You can't go wrong!
Employee told me never to come back "because we don't need the headache." However there would be no headache if they practiced better operations and customer service. Don't cause a storm and then get mad when it rains. This business needs a class on providing and delivering quality service and assistance to people who buy and use their services.
