Went to view a flat in Crouch End yesterday through Martyn Gerrard. It was a lovely experience . Top marks to Kelvin, estate agent, who was very thorough about sharing all details concerning the property. I was delayed as had a flat bicycle tyre but he patiently waited and post the viewing he even pumped up my tyre! He followed up promptly for feedback and as the property did not work for me, assured me he would be on the case to find a better fit. Excellent!
Kelvin showed me around three different properties and was absolutely brilliant throughout. He was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. He answered all my questions clearly and confidently, and nothing felt rushed. A genuinely lovely guy who made the whole viewing experience smooth and enjoyable.
Edit: Not a fake review - you know me very well, gave you years of opportunities and chased for compensation on multiple occasions. The address was 13b broadway parade n8 9de. You will do nothing to make this right, please don't pretend publicly otherwise. Very bad experience renting a flat through Martyn Gerrard. We had mold and damp issues in multiple rooms for the entire 2 year tenancy. We bought our house in the 80’s from Martyn Gerrard and had a good experience so decided to use them again and we are glad we did. Treon helped and supported us through the whole process. He was at the end of the phone or email to answer any questions that we had. I fully recommend Martyn Gerrard and especially Treon as an estate agency and agent.
