In reality, this branch knows nothing about humanity and only cares about money. I expected more from a self acclaimed award winning estate agent, that plaster their branding throughout Finchley pretending to care about their clients, when unfortunately for us (and all else be warned) they’re terrible, they don’t care, they don’t help and I’d avoid them at all costs. From kick off you get hounded by agents ‘checking you’re still searching’ however when you make your viewing request you can’t gain access, it’s always the tenants fault or so they say.
