Its taken me too long to write this review, which i've been feeling guilty abouy as we had a brilliant experience selling our flat with MG last year. The sales team (Anna, Maria and Tom) came recommended from a friend and were fantastic. They made sure they understood what would work for us, were great communicators and got an excellent offer agreed very quickly. They also ensured we met a slightly challenging deadline for the sale. I wouldn't hestitate to recommend them.
Annie and her team were very professional, transparent and honest throughout the process of listing our flat for sale with them. We had had a bad experience with another agent before switching to Martyn Gerrard and we really noticed the difference in how we were treated and how they worked with us. Tom Crucefix did an excellent job for us, enabling us to hit our completion date for purchase before the stamp duty deadline. He was very responsive, keeping us well informed throughout each stage of the buying process. I hope to work with him again in the future!
