We have had a wonderful experience with Marvel Orthodontics so far. Felt rather uncomfortable I visited a few different orthodontists for an initial consultation. I was told on the phone this particular one take about one hour, which I assumed would justify the higher price. While photos and x-rays were taken, the actual consultation did not last much longer than a good 10 minutes and felt more like a sales talk than a thorough doctor-patient conversation. Dr. Jessica Li is an exceptional orthodontist. She is professional, caring, and always takes the time to explain treatment options clearly. The clinic and nice and clean. The entire team is friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasant experience. I'm very happy with my results and highly recommend Dr. Li to anyone looking for quality orthodontic care.
My sister and I have both come to Marvel Orthodontics, Gordon, to get aligners and we have had amazing experiences. I have not had a single bad interaction with any staff and my visits are always very organised -- they always ensured to make the process simple on my part, especially Hailey who genuinely puts so much work into ensuring all her patients are well and comfortable.
