I had a psychiatry referral to Lifestance, and discussed the medications I was taking which have been effective from my primary care provider. During scheduling, the scheduler directed me to the Westerville clinic specifically because she said the providers there were capable of continuing the particular medications I was on, which was communicated clearly.
