My experience since I've been with Lifestance has been great. From scheduling, getting reminder alerts, re-scheduling and even my therapy session has been nothing but great. Indeed everyone has some room for improvement...but right now I give Yahuwah the glory for them accepting to work with me, after all it took me about ONE year to be accepted by a therapist. And my therapist Ruth Roberts is in sync with me and helping me through. Forward ever.
Once again I had to check in several different times, even using different ways..portal check in, check in through link given in my txt messages, VSee application and also through.com. Once I finally get connected to my appointment, I suffer through several segments of frozen screens. This is very upsetting since it interferes with my designated hour appointment sessions.
