we are happy with our purchase. we do have a problem with the LED lights but MaryGrove has scheduled a time for repairs. The awning is exactly as expected and the price was significantly less than the competition.

We love our new awning. Now we use our patio much more than we have in the past because it shields us from the sun. We like that it is retractable so even though it seems a little darker inside the house when it is down, we can raise it back up when we are done.

The coronavirus pandemic, forced me to look at other options to expand my living space. I saw a commercial on retractable awnings. I gave Marygrove, a call and within 30 days, I had a beautiful awning with LED lights and a privacy screen installed on my patio. Now, I am entertaining a little more and enjoying my patio much more!

The awning is great. The men that installed it were very professional and went out of there way to make me happy. However the salesman David was very misleading. He promised me many things that were not true and didn’t even inform me about the need for local power. David was a true snarky salesman that just wanted to make the sale and his quota for the month.
