RecommendedThe awning selections are amazing and the sales department personnel is very helpful and knowledgeable. The follow up service was basically the only part that was disappointing. The installers arrived and put up our awning and demonstrated how everything worked. However the lights were not operating properly. They messed with some wires and connections and got them to stay on when extended. However the next day, they did not work. RecommendedWe absolutely LOVE our Marygrove awning! We've had a Sunsetter brand for the past 9 years (it came w/ the house when we bought it), which was a nice awning. Now that we switched to a Marygrove awning, boy what a difference between the two AND definitely worth the money! Our other awning was nice, but all things considered, it ended up being more expensive than a Marygrove awning.
