WOW! What a difference the awning makes as far as temperature on the deck. It is just beautiful. The darker frame of the awning matches the stain of the wood on the exterior of the condo. The two fellows that installed the awning were very pleasant and showed us all we needed to know and that is all we needed for using the awning. We are enjoying our Deck so much more now with the new awning.

I had Jeff Foley from Marygrove today come out and measure for a retractable awning. Before he finished the order, I had a call from the company setting up an install date. What great customer service. I would highly recommend them.
