RecommendedWe've used Maryland's Best for two large projects and will certainly use them again.
RecommendedThey came out about 2 weeks earlier then expected and replaced the roof and wood then returned two days later and replaced the gutters. I will be calling them back when I'm ready to replace my windows and siding.

My kitchen was totally renovated, even knocked out wall between the dinning room and kitchen. The kitchen is totally amazing, more than I envisioned. Mike was such a pleasure to work with, and so helpful in making suggestions to choose cabinets, floors and granite counter tops. This place is a joke. They advertize free estimates but "only on roof replacement and remodeling" so even though that isn't stated anywhere, they want you to pay them $550 to show up. That fee is for 1 shingle or 10 shingles to be replaced. So false advertizing AND the person who called immediately got defensive and said to call the owner. I don't know how this place is in business.

we only have a $550.00 minimum on roof and siding repairs. We also have a minimum of $350.00 for handyman services. Sorry for your dissapointment
There are exceptions to every rule, unfortunately. Mike wasted our time. My husband left work early to meet him at our house for a quote. After taking measurements, Mike promised to send an estimate in 24 hours. I arrived later and heard him state this. We NEVER heard from him again, despite follow up from my husband. I guess our small house and roof were so beneath Mike that we did not even warrant a "thanks, but no thanks" or ANY further contact.
