I had such a great experience working with Jolie at the leasing office! She made the entire move-in process so smooth and easy. Her communication was excellent—she always followed up quickly and made sure I had all the information I needed. If I could give zero stars, I would. We’ve lived in this apartment for almost a year, and the experience has been incredibly disappointing. There has been constant noise nearly every day, whether it’s loud neighbors, hallway disruptions, or general building noise, peace and quiet is non-existent. The trash room has been a recurring issue. There were several times it was so overfilled we couldn’t even open the door all the way, which eventually led to our apartment getting infested with gnats. I come here regularly to visit my daughter and it is a beautiful apartment. Not as beautiful as it used to be as now they're struggling with keeping it clean, keeping valuable staff, reducing the weed scents and collecting the trash (has always been an issue). Jolie at the front desk always greets me in an upbeat and positive manner and is the light of the building. Be mindful of the facts before considering this property.
Now that I have been here for over a year I can leave a thorough review. The apartment is beautiful on the outside. However it is cheaply made with the counter tops staining easily and appliances breaking. I have had minimal issues with maintenance not getting the requests completed but they were resolved. We used to get breakfast and have monthly community events, that is no longer happening at the Mason. Our experience at Mason Urban Apartments was deeply upsetting. We moved in with our infant and immediately found the unit in unacceptable condition; broken AC, recently painted bathtubs with strong smell, and filthy living space. All of this was disclosed only after we signed the lease, which is incredibly dishonest. The leasing office was unresponsive and dismissive, no proper support was offered.
