If I could give zero stars, I would. We’ve lived in this apartment for almost a year, and the experience has been incredibly disappointing. There has been constant noise nearly every day, whether it’s loud neighbors, hallway disruptions, or general building noise, peace and quiet is non-existent. Our experience at Mason Urban Apartments was deeply upsetting. We moved in with our infant and immediately found the unit in unacceptable condition; broken AC, recently painted bathtubs with strong smell, and filthy living space. All of this was disclosed only after we signed the lease, which is incredibly dishonest. The leasing office was unresponsive and dismissive, no proper support was offered. I moved in last week, and Jolie was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She guided me with all the documents and supported me until the moment I received my keys. Move-in day itself was smooth and very welcoming. The property is spotless, and I’ve noticed how hard the maintenance team works—keeping the pool and grills clean and well-maintained. BEYOND TOP TIER!!! Outstanding tour experience! The leasing specialist “Jolie Davis” is phenomenal. She was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive, making the process seamless from start to finish. The apartments are beautifully maintained with modern finishes, and the amenities truly stand out as first-class. I was beyond impressed with the level of professionalism and care shown throughout the visit.
Mason Apartments has been a wonderful experience so far. From the moment I first spoke with Jolie Davis, I felt well-informed and supported throughout the entire application and approval process. Jolie was incredibly communicative, proactive, and genuinely helpful, making what can be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable.
