Victoria is a welcome new addition to the staff! I received a calming facial with her as part of the September '26 promotion ($39) to help her gain visibility and build a client book, and it was amazing! Not only was it relaxing (her neck massage was lovely), but I left with totally glowing and hydrated skin. She's also very kind and thoughtful. Will definitely book again.
I’ve been coming to Massage Envy Northbrook for a while now and have had massages with several different therapists, as well as facials with Reese, and I’ve consistently had a really great experience. The location itself is beautiful, clean, peaceful, and always feels very welcoming. The customer service has also been excellent every time I’ve been in. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and professional, and the whole location feels very well run and thoughtfully managed. I’ve had a massage with Haley as well and she was wonderf... read more
Went for a 60 minute massage. I didn’t realize shrinkflation was in time too. I got on the table at 12:05 and the masseuse left the room at 12:50. I get a massage about 6x a year not at ME. Thi... read more
Julia is the best masseuse that I've ever had. Ive been coming to her for quite a few years and she's always personal but more importantly compassionate to my issues and pain. I personally like deep tissue massage and she has the strength to do it.
I have been receiving massages for over 15 years. Alice is one of the best I ever had. She is very focused on the person and the quality of their experience. Very sensitive to the patient.
