I’ve been a Massage Envy member for many years and I’ve never experienced pressure like this until recently. Like last year, the manager approached me with a very long and confusing holiday promo. I explained politely that it didn’t seem clear - not just for long-time members like me, but for any member. I had a session with Sue. She is so caring and has great skills and knowledge. She provided such good massage we handed with special creams for my back pain. Thank you, Sue.

Carlos is an awesome stretch and massage therapist. I hurt my shoulder 5 years ago. I had physical therapy and nothing really helped. Carlos has made a very significant improvement in the function as well as a reduction in pain.

Was a member for 3 years. The quality of Masseuse they hire is going downhill. Very difficult to cancel a monthly subscription and any left-over unused massages expires. I was going there because of Pepsi, but since she left the last masseuse i had was “deep tissue” expert but barely massaged me. I could not believe the quality!

This location is a wonderful place to get a massage. The manager is nice and the customer service is great. I am hesitant to mention the masseuse that I like to book with as he is already hard to get into and so great. After I leave, my pains are significantly reduced.
