I’ve been a loyal Massage Envy customer for eight years, but my experience at the Leesburg location was a disaster. The new manager was extremely unprofessional, shouted at me in public, and threatened to call the police over an unjust charge/ a service that I never got but was charged; sort of extortion. I canceled my eight-year membership on the spot and will not return unless I receive a sincere apology and she’s replaced. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I’ll be sharing my experience widely.

Brittany is amazing at making you feel comfortable and pairing you with the right therapist for your needs. I had Travis and Laura who were both amazing!! They are true healers . Thank you !

front desk is very knowledgeable. this clinic is very clean. therapists listen to my needs and are friendly. i def recommend this massage envy to anyone who is looking to get a facial or massage.

This place is a rip-off. Their service is terrible, and the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I have been to many similar businesses, but this was by far the most disappointing experience. The staff was unprofessional and very rude and the overall quality did not justify the price. I felt misled and frustrated throughout the entire experience.I would not recommend this place to anyone and will definitely not be returning.

This place sold us a gift card for $75.00 that refused to honor because they cannot see it in their updated system. Do not buy any gift cards from them. Also poor management. Never refunded or replaced the card.
