Jasmine, the manager, was extremely helpful and took the time to explain that my massage qualified for my FSA, which allowed me to join the program and start getting monthly massages. Claudia truly listens, takes the time to understand what my body needs, and always makes me feel comfortable and cared for. I leave every appointment feeling better, both physically and mentally. I was lucky to meet Kimberly. She has a quiet, kindness and confidence about her. She listened and worked on the areas that really needed attention. If you are looking for light to medium pressure, you will love booking a session with Kimberly.
I’ve been a member at this location for around 2.5 years and have been happy. There is a bit of turnover which is disappointing to find a new therapist. Today I saw Mo, who is a new therapist. It was the best massage I’ve ever had. He really listened to my likes and kept the pressure consistent. It was the best 90 minutes of my week and I’ll definitely book him again.
I have an account for both me and my mom and we have been coming here for a few years now, and the therapists and people at this facility, never cease to amaze me.
