Massage Envy cancelled several visits on me at the last minute, they did not give anything for the inconvenience. I had to cancel a visit at the last minute and they charged me for the visit. When I tried to cancel my subscription they said I could not cancel before the full 12 months was up even though when I signed up they said I could cancel at any time.
