I love this place! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, and I have had wonderful treatments from Jessica, Brittany, and Josh. Very talented, very professional therapists who clearly love what they do.
First time massage and it was great! My massage therapist, Gail, did a wonderful job! I was really sore and had a lot of tension in my back and shoulders. By the end of the session, my muscles were relaxed and my pain was gone.
One of the best massage experiences ive ever had! Easy to get in, clean and relaxing atmosphere, and very accommodating when needing to reschedule. Brittany was my therapist and she was so professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Listened to my concerns and helped take away 3 days of built up back pain! Feels great to be able to stand and sit up straight again. Would highly recommend her to anyone seeking massage treatment
I recently visited this location, and did not have a great experience. The receptionist was very kind, welcoming, and accommodating. I appreciated her knowledge about the company and her hospitality. However, I did not have a good experience with my masseuse at all. We had 60 minutes together, and she was very unprofessional. This person spoke to me throughout the entire service, regardless of how many times I tried to end the conversation and relax. Unfortunately I cannot review on the actual massage, this review is on the customer service and cancellation policy. It is a 50% charge for same day cancellation and 100% for no show. I made the apt for my son who failed to remember to go. Secretary called 5 minutes after start of apt to state cancellation policy. I asked if I could still bring him as we were only 10 minutes away. She said no and charged my cc for full amount. I asked why not the 50% as I had offered to bring him in. She was very stern on the phone and said ... read more
