First time massage and it was great! My massage therapist, Gail, did a wonderful job! I was really sore and had a lot of tension in my back and shoulders. By the end of the session, my muscles were relaxed and my pain was gone.
I recently visited this location, and did not have a great experience. The receptionist was very kind, welcoming, and accommodating. I appreciated her knowledge about the company and her hospitality. However, I did not have a good experience with my masseuse at all. We had 60 minutes together, and she was very unprofessional. This person spoke to me throughout the entire service, regardless of how many times I tried to end the conversation and relax. One of the best massage experiences ive ever had! Easy to get in, clean and relaxing atmosphere, and very accommodating when needing to reschedule. Brittany was my therapist and she was so professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Listened to my concerns and helped take away 3 days of built up back pain! Feels great to be able to stand and sit up straight again. Would highly recommend her to anyone seeking massage treatment
My massage therapist, Shannon, was great! She graciously accommodated my request for less or more intensity in certain body areas and she did an amazing job getting some knots out of my upper back. I walked out of there like I was floating on a cloud. They handed me a water before and after my massage which I think is important to stay hydrated. Lastly, I was able to get a massage scheduled quickly.
Unfortunately I cannot review on the actual massage, this review is on the customer service and cancellation policy. It is a 50% charge for same day cancellation and 100% for no show. I made the apt for my son who failed to remember to go. Secretary called 5 minutes after start of apt to state cancellation policy. I asked if I could still bring him as we were only 10 minutes away.
