Horrible experience. Their contract is all in small letters and once you tried to cancel services, they come out with all kind of policies. I accumulated ***** credits in my membership and when I wanted to cancel I was told I had 2 month to use all those credits. If you are place in a freeze, you pay $20 a month. The freeze contract says that you have max 6 month to be in it. Later, an employee lets you know you have 3 months. If you missed an appt in the early hours, you missed your credit.
