I cancelled my membership after being a member for a few years in august 2025. I was told I had 60 days to use all of my credits for which I had 16 left. I was lied about to price of their regular service
Massage Envy Southlake knowingly employees *** offenders, domestic abusers. When notified with proof (they admitted to knowing about the domestic abuse and stalking, violation of protection orders) instead of firing employee, urged them to go by an alias and deleted all evidence of ****** name (************************************) They also stated they're not an employee but contractor so not liable.

Fraudulent. Scam. Predatory Contract. Bad Business Practices. Rude Customer Service.Do not use their services or sign up for a membership. Massage Envy will coerce you into a signing a very rigid 12-month agreement that is almost impossible to cancel.
