On Saturday, July 11th, 2026, I had a facial at the Massage Envy *************************************************. I asked the lady to charge my card on file a $25 tip. A receipt was sent to my gmail account reflecting the $25 tip charged to my card on file. On Monday, I discovered an unauthorized $15 charge on the credit card. The massages are fine, you get what you pay for. As for the 1 star. Know that when you sign a wellness agreement, you will have to move heaven and earth to cancel the auto-renewal of your agreement. Reading another user's review about how if you go in physically to cancel and the manager is not there, they will not help you - I submitted multiple emails as well as tried to go through the Massage Envy corporate channels.The contract has two relevant sections. I cancelled my membership after being a member for a few years in august 2025. I was told I had 60 days to use all of my credits for which I had 16 left. I was in the process of using my credits but was running out of time to use them all and I was willing just to let them all go but on one of my last visits to massage e. the staff member suggested that I reinstate my membership so that I could use my remaining credits and she would put me on a soft membership freeze so I would only pay a discounted amount every month for 6 ... read more
I was lied about to price of their regular service
Massage Envy Southlake knowingly employees *** offenders, domestic abusers. When notified with proof (they admitted to knowing about the domestic abuse and stalking, violation of protection orders) instead of firing employee, urged them to go by an alias and deleted all evidence of ****** name (************************************) They also stated they're not an employee but contractor so not liable.

Fraudulent. Scam. Predatory Contract. Bad Business Practices. Rude Customer Service.Do not use their services or sign up for a membership. Massage Envy will coerce you into a signing a very rigid 12-month agreement that is almost impossible to cancel.
