I got a massage today at garland location. The lady who helped me she wasn’t good at deep tissue massage. Bad experience I have a membership here. I felt like I just threw my money away .

Cheryl was great! I showed up super tense, and she hot all my problem spots. She adjusted her pressure to suit me perfectly. Killed my shoulder knot. Thanks again!!!

Called and booked an appointment for a couples massage. They booked the appointment without ever specifying they don’t offer the service. We go checked in and were only told when a therapist came to take one back. To make it worse no one could explain why this happened or sincerely apologize for it. The front desk didn’t even acknowledge that I was speaking to her when I complained.

My friend and I visited this location for facials and had an amazing experience with Maxine. She was so personable and easy to talk to while also being very knowledgable when it comes to skin. I will definitely be back again

This was my first professional massage, and it was absolutely incredible. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by Audrey who was a great help answering all my many questions and was very pleasant to interact with. Liz went above and beyond to be professional, respectful, communicative, and friendly. Absolutely will be back! My only complaint was the call service, that was my only issue, with them being very hard to understand, and signed me up for a membership I did not want, against my knowledge. I almo... read more
