I lived very close to this location for two years and enjoyed my membership here. The location is clean and booking appointments via text is the best. After trying several therapists, I found Nate and he is my favorite. He gives an exceptional massage, and I highly recommend him.

I am a busy professional, and I have been going to Massage Envy at Firewheel Mall for many years. I also currently have a lot of credit on my account, which is why this recent experience was especially disappointing. I had an appointment scheduled for 8:00 PM, and it was already on my calendar. I got a massage today at garland location. The lady who helped me she wasn’t good at deep tissue massage. Bad experience I have a membership here. I felt like I just threw my money away .

Cheryl was great! I showed up super tense, and she hot all my problem spots. She adjusted her pressure to suit me perfectly. Killed my shoulder knot. Thanks again!!!

I had a very unpleasant experience here. The therapist who treated me was clearly sick — she was constantly coughing and had a runny nose throughout the entire session, yet she did not wear a mask. This made me extremely uncomfortable, especially given how close-contact a massage is. Unfortunately, I ended up getting sick shortly after my visit.
