I was a little disappointed with my experience. During my massage, my therapist was sucking on a mint, and I could hear her breathing heavily throughout the service, which made it difficult to fully relax. She also repeatedly tossed the used towels onto the floor instead of setting them aside, which took away from the calming atmosphere. I lived very close to this location for two years and enjoyed my membership here. The location is clean and booking appointments via text is the best. After trying several therapists, I found Nate and he is my favorite. He gives an exceptional massage, and I highly recommend him.

I am a busy professional, and I have been going to Massage Envy at Firewheel Mall for many years. I also currently have a lot of credit on my account, which is why this recent experience was especially disappointing. I had an appointment scheduled for 8:00 PM, and it was already on my calendar. When I showed up, I found out that my appointment had been canceled. Apparently, they had tried to call me, but because I was busy working, I did not realize I had missed the call. I had a very unpleasant experience here. The therapist who treated me was clearly sick — she was constantly coughing and had a runny nose throughout the entire session, yet she did not wear a mask. This made me extremely uncomfortable, especially given how close-contact a massage is. Unfortunately, I ended up getting sick shortly after my visit.

I got a massage today at garland location. The lady who helped me she wasn’t good at deep tissue massage. Bad experience I have a membership here. I felt like I just threw my money away .
