Wonderful service, great folks. I walked in asking some questions for my mother in law on thursday to see information about what massage envy offers, and the office girl Sarah was so nice and informative! I reached out to request information about canceling my message membership and to cancel an appointment. After being transferred to voicemail, I left a detailed message requesting a callback, but I still haven’t received a response as of now. This happened during stated business hours. I was thinking at least an acknowledgment, being placed on hold, or a timely follow-up. However, this has made resolving my issue more difficult when I call, and no one answers.
I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk associate Sarah. From the moment I walked in I felt like I was being pressured into buying a membership rather than being welcomed as a guest. The associate was pushy dismissive of my questions and made me feel rushed when I tried to ask about different service options. Instead of listening to what I actually needed they kept steering the conversation back to sales pitches. It felt more like a timeshare presentation than a wellness visit.
Realizing a lot of massage places prefer that you make an appointment, I decided to take me chances and walked into this location mid-day during the week. I've always been someone who thought the more the pressure the better. I decided to go with the experts recommendation after describing what I needed as being "something relaxing". Chuck was amazing! Massage Envy’s membership terms were not clearly explained to me at sign-up, and the rules keep changing whenever I try to resolve an issue. The staff at the location seems completely clueless about the terms, and customer service is unresponsive and unprofessional. When I finally reached someone, they gave me conflicting information about transferring credits, including unexpected fees and restrictions that were never mentioned before.
