My boyfriend gifted me a massage with a facial treatment at this spa, and I felt very comfortable and welcomed. Had a relaxing experience here. This will definitely be my go to for spa services in the future. Thank you Massage Green!
I’ve been going there for years. Never had a bad experience until today. My masseuse was terrible she kept talking throughout the whole session. Hot stones were too hot. She commented that some of her customers would have said the stones were too cold…seriously. She barely massaged one side of my leg without hot stones. When she asked me to turn over she barely msssaged my neck area. Prior to the start of my massage she left the room for about 10 minutes claiming it was for me to undress. I was treated like a Queen the massage was tense I had Tony he was good if looking pressure his your man and he was funny I believe was Hailey that my facial she outstanding the massage amazing she explained everything that she was doing I was extremely In pleased and front desk made me feel so special I had one the best experience I’ll be back thank you all love it
Bad customer service, they created two account for me by mistake and always told me less credits. When I asked to end my membership they are now forcing me to use all in a month. Not even giving me gift cards which is a simple ask if mistake is from their side..
This has turned into my FAVE place. So much so that I got a monthly membership! I have had massages and facials there and all of the people that work there are top notch. I’ve always felt welcome and look forward to going again!
