Billy arrived as expected today for our annual termite service. He is friendly, polite and efficient. I honestly was ready to switch pest control companies prior to his service call. I have not been happy with the service or lack of it provided by Massey for several years. Billy has renewed my faith in this company. He is an asset to the Massey team!!
Massey Lawn Service is an overrated extravagant company who put their sign in your front yard to sell it to neighbors and do nothing for the rear. Just think, I have a sprinkler system and they quoted me $16k to enhance a current system. This is 10 years into the service. I was a customer for over 15 years. I’ve replaced my rear lawn three times. Nothing in the front. I have on video the technician virtually performing no service to the rear lawn. Absolutely love the service I received from Sergio! He’s super funny and also very knowledgeable in what he does! He let me know a bunch of helpful tips especially since I have a dog. Definitely deserves a promotion!
