Great experience with Massey Services! David was my technician and he was awesome—on time, professional, and really easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly and made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend!
I’ve been with Massey Services for years . They have always been great about working around my work schedule. James came and did my most recent inspection. He was extremely thorough and text me to let me know exactly when he would be arriving . I have one issue with massy ( not with the service itself James was great ) but I have to be home when they come. Ive had Massey for going on 4 yrs now! Get service every 4 months. Most recent visit was done by Lamar who was prompt in giving notification of inspection/treatment. He was very thorough in making sure he captured all areas that needed attention. Ive also had David who is super knowledgeable in many areas and helped with a small beetle issue I had. Service is reasonably priced and very dependable. Recommend Massey 100%

I’m extremely disappointed with the recent pest control service I received from Massey. I scheduled a treatment for my home and backyard on July 31, and less than 24 hours later, I was stung by a wasp in my backyard—the very area that was supposed to be treated. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the quality and effectiveness of their service.
