Ive had Massey for going on 4 yrs now! Get service every 4 months. Most recent visit was done by Lamar who was prompt in giving notification of inspection/treatment. He was very thorough in making sure he captured all areas that needed attention. Ive also had David who is super knowledgeable in many areas and helped with a small beetle issue I had. Service is reasonably priced and very dependable. Recommend Massey 100%
Great experience with Massey Services! David was my technician and he was awesome—on time, professional, and really easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly and made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend!
I have had a lot of bad experiences with pest control companies but Massey has always been great. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Years ago they took care of our bed bugs and we've had regular maintenance with them as well. Our tech James has great communication and consideration and I highly recommend these guys! They are the best!
I’m extremely disappointed with the recent pest control service I received from Massey. I scheduled a treatment for my home and backyard on July 31, and less than 24 hours later, I was stung by a wasp in my backyard—the very area that was supposed to be treated. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the quality and effectiveness of their service. This is regarding the roach bomb service for my girlfriend’s apartment, and honestly your entire process is terrible from beginning to end. It took you THREE MONTHS to actually schedule someone to come out. Three months. Let me repeat. It took 3 months to schedule someone to come perform a service THAT ONLY TAKES 4 HOURS. On top of that, you guys are entirely unable to provide even an estimated timeframe of when someone will show up.
