I’m so glad I decided not to go into contract with this company. I received a builder bond for termites, which the tech came out to have me sign. I was given a builder pest control slip at that time and was told someone would call me to schedule. Well no one ever called. Colton explained all the details of the inspection from start to finish. Also took time to answer every question at best to his knowledge for me to understand. Great employee & very happy he was able to educate me.
This guy was in a rush, jumping in and out of traffic right by the elementary school. He was upset I wouldn't speed up to get out of his way. It was very unprofessional, considering he was in a company truck. He ended up cutting me off. Could've caused a wreck.
