I had the best experience with Eric today. He went above and beyond while he was here at my home. As he got to my home, I was having a small medical episode. He went out of his way to assist me through it all, stayed with me the entire time and well after to make sure I was safe and ok. Not only did he have the patience to work with me through my medical episode when he did not have to, he even offered to stay with me for the day or as long as I needed! Ive had Massey for going on 4 yrs now! Get service every 4 months. Most recent visit was done by Lamar who was prompt in giving notification of inspection/treatment. He was very thorough in making sure he captured all areas that needed attention. Ive also had David who is super knowledgeable in many areas and helped with a small beetle issue I had. Service is reasonably priced and very dependable. Recommend Massey 100%
