Massey rep (Jeff) arrived. I asked about tending to a problem inside, which he immediately did. He was very efficient, friendly. He asked if we had termite care. Told me what Massey offers; suggested we get the free inspection. I very much appreciated Jeff's phone call the night before and that he ended our conversation "With have a blessed night." And that is how he left today. We appreciate that!! Thank you, Jeff!
David Wells was very emphatic of my situation and thorough with evaluating every bit of my house for rodents and activity. He explained everything clearly so I understood. Very authentic and trustworthy. It is hard to trust people and he came across as genuine and very knowledgeable.

Johnny & Jeff are amazing. We moved into a property that had a preexisting infestation and they have work to extinguish the problem. They have come out every week to make sure we were seeing the proper results. They are very prompt, thorough, and personable. Massey has two great people working for them.
