Massey rep (Jeff) arrived. I asked about tending to a problem inside, which he immediately did. He was very efficient, friendly. He asked if we had termite care. Told me what Massey offers; suggested we get the free inspection. I very much appreciated Jeff's phone call the night before and that he ended our conversation "With have a blessed night." And that is how he left today. We appreciate that!! Thank you, Jeff!

Vincent did a termite inspection required for a VA refinancing of our current home. We have had an annual contract with Massey Services since we bought the home in 2014. Superb service and professional specialists. Would unhesitatingly recommend to any homeowner.
Johnny & Jeff are amazing. We moved into a property that had a preexisting infestation and they have work to extinguish the problem. They have come out every week to make sure we were seeing the proper results. They are very prompt, thorough, and personable. Massey has two great people working for them.
