Excellent service year after year. Jordan our technician is polite, friendly and thorough. He is very respectful to our property. His recommendations for mosquito and pest control have made our backyard a place of comfort year round. Jordan recommended a termite evaluation. Brent Lowery thoroughly evaluated our home, answered all our questions and recommended services that will protect our home and investment. Massey has proven that customer service is their one priority!
Trust is business. To start with, the technicians were great but the response time from Massey is hard to explain in words. I can trust the technicians ability and expertise but the promises on service dates from Massey are not kept. As part of my preliminary complimentary service appointment from my builder & Massey - I had to call/schedule nearly 4 times but finally one technician showed up to cover up the missed appointment (job not fully done).
