On 12/19/24, I was getting my regular, quarterly inspection and treatment. Massey technician Dion was performing the exterior treatment for my house. Not only was Dion incredibly professional, but he was so thorough in the treatment, he was able to discover a portion of one of my windows was missing a significant exterior piece that provided weather protection.
