Had this company spray quarterly for pests. Had a few little issues. Yesterday there was an issues that should have been easy for them to look into and get back to me. The receptionist was nice and friendly and the manager onsite was friendly, he said they needed to look into it but thought the tech selected the wrong email response. Frank who ended up being the one to call me back handled the situation very poorly. All in all I will no longer be using this company for my pest control.
I called Massey's on a Sunday when I encountered bees on the second story of my home, left a message and I received a prompt call back on Monday morning. From the moment of that call it was professionalism, promptness, follow up and thoroughness. Mr. Martinez and Mr. Reyna are welcoming, detail oriented, clear, and willing to assist. I highly recommend this group of professionals.
