I am having them same experience as Jeff Edward's post. Back yard is dying. Technician told me months ago it was due to underwatering, then told over watered spot by downspout killed that area about 6 weeks ago. Now the dead areas are spreading throughout my yard. I have not changed my watering and only Massey has sprayed my yard for 1.5 years. I have called the office 3 times and told a manager would contact me to inspect. That call never happened. I would like to thank the employees at the Ormond office for all of the help that they gave me with problems with my sprinkler system. Angie came right out when an emergency happened and I was impressed with her ability to diagnose the problems and and then to present me with options. She was able to quote price and allow me to make my own decisions. When the new valve system was installed and a pipe replaced Sean took care of it . Sean Stowe installed a new irrigation pump, 7 new valves, filter, dug a new water line and installed several new rotor sprinklers. He did a tremendous job, taking time to do each job correctly. He was efficient and very professional the entire day. He treated this job as it was his home project. I could not be more pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend Massey and Sean Stowe.

Sean Stowe of Massey is amazing--such a true professional and all around nice guy. He came out to do urgent sprinkler adjustment and reset on short notice. He can also answer any irrigation question you might have--super knowledgeable. Kudos to him and also to Paul Bouchard, who is terrific and very responsive as well. Both guys know their stuff and have a real service ethic. Great team at Massey!
