Michael M came out to service my lawn and my parents’. It’s our first experience with Massey and our initial impression is excellent. Michael was very pleasant and took the time to explain the process and what to expect with future treatments. My folks’ lawn is in pretty good shape so we expect to see a big improvement quickly. My lawn … not so much That will be the true test . But we’re off to a great start so far.
I’ve had several lawn, shrub, and pest control providers over the last few years. I finally decided to go with Massey. Paul came out and listened to my concerns and was extremely professional. He explained what we were doing wrong as well as how he could help us. He walked the yard and pointed things out we didn’t even an ask about! I am excited to see why my yard will look this summer with a custom plan. Thank you, Paul!
