First impression of Massey is when they sent Angela to inspect my home. She set my worries at ease with her care, attention, and knowledge. She was also amazing with my 3 year old who must know everything that’s happening in the house. Salesman was great but after two years a “lawn-jockey” mistakenly sprayed something on my lawn that burned it irretrievably. Massey Management refused to accept culpability. I had to remove and re-sod entire front yard. Needless to say I cancelled Massey. Do NOT recommend.
