Massey has been amazing, handling all of our pest control needs. Our technician Zach is fantastic! He’s always professional, thorough, and reliable. Every time he comes out, we know our home is in great hands. Highly recommend his services!
Vanessa was wonderful in answering all my questions. She was professional and explained the program to me so I could understand. The gentleman the came out to do the spraying was great, too. He explained everything ahead of the spraying. He even got rid of a small wasp nest. To me that was above and beyond service.
Chad is the best pest technician! He is personable, kind, and always willing to answer any questions. He is prompt, pays great attention to detail, and is extremely knowledgeable. You can tell he truly cares about providing great service and making sure everything is handled properly. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and professional pest control service!
Away from vacation home and get back to this. They never even called me to advise this was happening. Instead just keep spraying and billing me. Unhappy customer.
Salesman was great but after two years a “lawn-jockey” mistakenly sprayed something on my lawn that burned it irretrievably. Massey Management refused to accept culpability. I had to remove and re-sod entire front yard. Needless to say I cancelled Massey. Do NOT recommend.
