First impression of Massey is when they sent Angela to inspect my home. She set my worries at ease with her care, attention, and knowledge. She was also amazing with my 3 year old who must know everything that’s happening in the house. A week later, my technician Josh came who was also amazing in treating my home and super understanding/patient with my toddler. Salesman was great but after two years a “lawn-jockey” mistakenly sprayed something on my lawn that burned it irretrievably. Massey Management refused to accept culpability. I had to remove and re-sod entire front yard. Needless to say I cancelled Massey. Do NOT recommend.

Yinneth Alba recently came to perform my irrigation maintenance. Ms Alba was very thorough, personable and informative. She observed two leaks in my system, one of my micro sprays and one of my rotors was broken. Ms Alba repaired the micro spray in a matter of minutes and reported the broken rotor. She examined all 8 zones and made excellent recommendations.
