Yinneth Alba recently came to perform my irrigation maintenance. Ms Alba was very thorough, personable and informative. She observed two leaks in my system, one of my micro sprays and one of my rotors was broken. Ms Alba repaired the micro spray in a matter of minutes and reported the broken rotor. She examined all 8 zones and made excellent recommendations.
Salesman was great but after two years a “lawn-jockey” mistakenly sprayed something on my lawn that burned it irretrievably. Massey Management refused to accept culpability. I had to remove and re-sod entire front yard. Needless to say I cancelled Massey. Do NOT recommend.
Our Sprinkler inspector Yinneth was very helpful and professional. She walked the property with us after her inspection to identify each of our concerning areas. She found a serious leak in our sprinkler pipe which was hidden by our bushes.
George was excellent, kind, and knowledgeable, giving us good tips on pest prevention on the outside. Thanks George!
We started with Massey's pest control. Our technician (Berry) was great. Then we decided to hire irrigation services, and Bert and JP, and then Austin, were amazing. Then we decided to also replace our former lawn services with Massey. So we hired this service, too, with Rob (super polite sales rep). Kristian has been here for the second time, always doing a great job!
