Salesman was great but after two years a “lawn-jockey” mistakenly sprayed something on my lawn that burned it irretrievably. Massey Management refused to accept culpability. I had to remove and re-sod entire front yard. Needless to say I cancelled Massey. Do NOT recommend.
I have had Massey lawn service for over 10 years now. The past five years have not been good. My yard has slowly been succumbed to weeds and dead spots. After two years of complaining and having them put in half dead "plugs" every year, I have lost almost all of my St. Augustine grass. I feel that every month they come by and spray out of redundancy and never address the issue. Now my yard really needs resodding. Will be looking for another company soon.
Excellent customer service, from the office staff, Catherine, to Kristen who came out and walked the lawn area with me and discussed what they were going to do to get our lawn looking great again. We started with Massey's pest control. Our technician (Berry) was great. Then we decided to hire irrigation services, and Bert and JP, and then Austin, were amazing. Then we decided to also replace our former lawn services with Massey. So we hired this service, too, with Rob (super polite sales rep). Kristian has been here for the second time, always doing a great job!
