We have had Massey’s Service for about 6 months now and are extremely pleased. I would like to give a shout out to 3 of your employees, Chris Lillis, Christopher Rock and Will. Chris Lillis installed a new timer for our irrigation system and Will takes care of our maintenance. Will found that a few of the sprinklers heads weren’t working properly and weren’t giving the lawn the proper coverage. Between Will and Chris, we now have everything working perfectly. Tammy Reed represents Massey Services in the best possible manner. She arrived at my home on on time and went straight to work. After she did the assessment of the lawn and measured the house, she went into detail of areas that needed attention (Ph balance,etc.). She further went to test my sprinkler system of which she found 3 bad sprinkler heads and a suspected bad solenoid. She flagged the discrepancies for me. Very professional, friendly and detail oriented. Thank you.
Bobby Phillips took his time to listen to my concerns about our service. We have been using Massey for years and recently the service and quality wasn't up to what we've been accustomed to. Bobby went above and beyond to help me. He came out to my house to speak with me in person and took his time to walk around and see the areas of concern we had around the yard.
