We were stuck with Massey for over two and a half years, and what a complete disaster. Nothing but empty promises, no results, and they RUINED our front yard. Instead of helping, they made everything worse. We called multiple times. Robert was great. Worked quickly, 5 stars on his work, very polite nice guy. Also James Reeves who I’ve spoken to in the past is also great. Both of those guys are 5 stars and I will continue to hire and recommend Massey because of them.
I am rating Massey as average. Did not call me in advance to notify me of day for lawn treatment as directed and did not send/leave me a report of what treatment they performed on my lawn. This is not the first time this has happened. They did address once I called later that day. Typically, I would rate them as a 5.
Prepaid over $1000 for a year of lawncare. Went okay for that year. Little did I know, I actually signed up for a subscription service. I was considering renewing when I noticed they sent me a bill. I was like hold on I thought I prepaid. They sent me my contract where it said, they would continue after that year and it requires 30 days notice to cancel. We have used Massey Services in the past but our recent encounter with James Reeves and Massey Services was over the top. We just bought a new home and James was able to explain and talk through our options with us. We were so pleased with his professionalism; knowledge and manners. He was friendly and patient and answered our questions. He delivered what he promised and returned our calls.
