We were stuck with Massey for over two and a half years, and what a complete disaster. Nothing but empty promises, no results, and they RUINED our front yard. Instead of helping, they made everything worse. We called multiple times. THREE of their people came out, took pictures, grabbed samples, and all said, “We’ll talk to the manager and get back to you.” No one ever did. Not once. I am rating Massey as average. Did not call me in advance to notify me of day for lawn treatment as directed and did not send/leave me a report of what treatment they performed on my lawn. This is not the first time this has happened. They did address once I called later that day. Typically, I would rate them as a 5.
