What a scam, no help on the yard, a bunch of broken promises, and I feel like my yard is worse now. Never again, just do it yourself folks. Reply to owner: That's great, but where were you when I called your support many times and even tried to reference the satisfaction guarantee I was holding in my hand that your rep said doesn't exist? She basically told me to go pound sand.
Prepaid over $1000 for a year of lawncare. Went okay for that year. Little did I know, I actually signed up for a subscription service. I was considering renewing when I noticed they sent me a bill. I was like hold on I thought I prepaid. They sent me my contract where it said, they would continue after that year and it requires 30 days notice to cancel. We use Massey for regular lawn care and are very happy with the results. Today, we needed advice on a small "sink hole" in our yard. Mr. Army Miller came and figured out that it was a buried Palm tree stump that was causing the problem. He used a shovel, saving the grass "lid" to expose the problem. Problem solved!
We have used Massey Services in the past but our recent encounter with James Reeves and Massey Services was over the top. We just bought a new home and James was able to explain and talk through our options with us. We were so pleased with his professionalism; knowledge and manners. He was friendly and patient and answered our questions. He delivered what he promised and returned our calls. Didn’t took them much time to kill most of my grass. They tried to fix it with their Command product and over-seeding but the lawn was already too far gone. Thanks for killing my grass and taking my money Massey! 🤦♂️
