I had Massey lawn and landscape service for 10+ years. They were good at insect control, but ineffective at communicating with me about how to properly care for my yard. I understand they don't offer a treatment for invasive grasses, but their technicians were here monthly and never proactively communicated with me about a growing problem. As a result, I just spent over $4k to replace more than half my yard due to out-of-control crab grass. We were stuck with Massey for over two and a half years, and what a complete disaster. Nothing but empty promises, no results, and they RUINED our front yard. Instead of helping, they made everything worse. We called multiple times. THREE of their people came out, took pictures, grabbed samples, and all said, “We’ll talk to the manager and get back to you.” No one ever did. Not once. Robert was great. Worked quickly, 5 stars on his work, very polite nice guy. Also James Reeves who I’ve spoken to in the past is also great. Both of those guys are 5 stars and I will continue to hire and recommend Massey because of them.
