I had Massey lawn and landscape service for 10+ years. They were good at insect control, but ineffective at communicating with me about how to properly care for my yard. I understand they don't offer a treatment for invasive grasses, but their technicians were here monthly and never proactively communicated with me about a growing problem. I have been so impressed with Massey, each encounter has been as positive as the last. I’ve contacted Massey in the past regarding Jerome and how knowledgeable and professional he was in educating me regarding various concerns centering on insect control. Keeps lawn green and weed free, but customer service is mid and technician quality is mixed. Fortunately, if things go well you don't have to deal with them much.
We were stuck with Massey for over two and a half years, and what a complete disaster. Nothing but empty promises, no results, and they RUINED our front yard. Instead of helping, they made everything worse. We called multiple times. THREE of their people came out, took pictures, grabbed samples, and all said, “We’ll talk to the manager and get back to you.” No one ever did. Not once.
