Extremely poor experience, we commissioned them to install new sprinkler heads and reroute our lines and they did not. And after we had to hire somebody else to do the work that they did not complete, they used the credit card we had on file with their pest control division to charge us anyways. We have since canceled the pest control as well because of their customer service. Up until this point I've never even once had to dispute a credit card charge, they are the first and they continue to fight it and try to charge us.
