Today Stephon Pickett was my technician. He took the place of my usual technician. It was a pleasant experience with Stephon as well. He is very professional, attentive to detailed concern regarding problem areas. He is also very tuned in when following the Massey SOP, and/or any additional guidance like my usual technician. He is more than welcome to come back if he has to cover down for my usual technician.

Greg Morales has been providing superior service to my home in Winter Springs Florida for more than 3 years now. Several neighbors have left other providers because of the lush green thick lawn his process has magnificently maintained. I've been offered cheaper services that would save me over $120 a year, but I've turned them down and here's why. Our Technician Dave is awesome! I had Turner Pest Control for years and over the last year their Customer Service had really declined. Turner had come out on several occasions to spray for ants to no avail so I decided to try a different company. I am so glad I did! Massey not only got rid of the ants, but Dave got rid of them the first time around!

I have had Termite Protection service with Massey for over 10 years and I can say that Mike Reeds is among the best technicians that I have met over these past 10 years. He checked the station throughly and I truly appreciate his efforts. I highly recommend him and I know going forward I make sure I ask for Mike Reeds. I am happy I have my service with Massey.

I just found a Scorpion in my shower!!!! Eeeek!! I called in a panic and Forrest was at my house within 20 minutes to get it out and treat my house and yard!! Thanks so much!!! I thought scorpions were only in the desert, not the Houston area!

Hello Massey team/family! I can't thank you enough for the assistance you provided for my home today. Your service number connected me straight to a person (much more calming to a machone), the phone tech knew exactly how to answer all of my growing concerns for the thousands of larvae crawling in my garage, and provided an email for me to send pictures of the creepy crawlies immediately. My wife and I own a 5,000 sq ft log home in Joshua. We have been in it since 2018 and since we moved in, we have seen spiders, fruit flies, wasps, scorpions, and tarantulas.
