12-27-19 I just wanted to give a thumbs up to a new Massey Service Man, his name is KJ...he called me the day before to confirm, showed up at 9:00am sharp (on time) and was very professional and also fun to talk to. It makes a difference (to me) when a contractor comes to our house and then has a great personality and talks to the customer about general stuff too....the first thing he said to me was "how was your Christmas?"....I though that was so kind and warm. Thanks again for excellent service! ;)

UPDATE: We received our full refund today! Thank you for resolving this issue Rae Lee! We had Massey Services for 6 years. We had the lawn service,the irrigation service and the pest control for our home. We have always prepaid in advance. We have moved and Massey does not provide the service we need for our new home. I HAVE REQUESTED A REFUND OF THE $514. THAT WE PREPAID AND ARE NOT ABLE TO USE WITH MASSEY. I HAVE BEEN TOLD MANY TIMES THAT IT IS IN PROCESS BUT STILL NO REFUND AND NO RESPONSE. Our Technician Sean is awesome and I see him all over Delaney Park at other people's homes so they must be happy too. 10 year + customer!

Angel was providing service for our neighbors. I approached him with a question about a big brown spot in our newly sodded yard. Angel took the time to look at the spot tell us what it was and what we could do to solve the brown spot issue. While I was talking with Angel my husband was laying new sod in another area unrelated to the brown spot. I had bought a infested bed bug couch from a furniture warehouse. Massey was pretty awesome, came out inspected my house and proved that the couch was the source. The guys were nice enough to help me get the couch out of my house. Then the furniture store refunded my money and paying for my house to get sprayed. I def recommend them.

I definitely recommend my Massey Service. Service is great! My Tech Tyler knows what he's doing and he is very knowledgeable about these nasty bugs. I've actually learned a few things from him I didn't know. Tyler has stayed on top of my bug problem and will continue to do so until the bugs are gone. Thank you Massey and especially Thank you TYLER!
