The goal of this trip was to understand what it takes inside and out to become as successful as Massey has demonstrated over the past 3 decades. He is knowledgeable, professional, detailed oriented, prompt, extremely courteous and provides exceptional customer service! Christopher, a General Manager, conducted my termite inspection, he also possesses all of Carlo's positive attributes and he provided recommendations to remove potential food sources for termites from the exterior of my home!
