Tech called night before was on time excellent service
Called to set up a termite inspection on a house we were in the process of buying...was told inspection was free...inspector came out today and charged $175 because we do not "own house". I was clear to the person i scheduled the appt with that this was a house we were buying! I feel like they lied about the cost! Very shady! Update...after speaking with a wonderful woman from customer service, she cleared up the misunderstanding and was able to explain why there was a charge and went above and beyond to make up for the mi... read more

We have had Massey services for our yard for about two years and our Florida grass was very green for quite a while. Then we started getting brown patches but the irrigation technician didn't find the reason why. When I emailed Lester Mintel at Massey about it today, both he and his supervisor came (today) to examine our yard. Lester's supervisor actually repaired the problem himself. I am very grateful for the immediate resolution and kind service. Thank you both!
Wayne Dewall came out today to look at the house today and was tremendous. He explained everything he did and why in great detail. Wayne was also extremely easy to talk to and just overall did a fantastic job! He represents Massey in a tremendous way and deserves a ton of praise!
