Terrible company and service. All the negative comments you could imagine still wouldn’t describe how bad this business is. They charge for quarterly pest control but only come once in three months. I paid for service in July that was supposed to cover three months, and when I canceled in September, they claimed I had no credit left because they came once back in July. Buyer Beware: I have been a Massey customer for 24 years. On 8/4/25 a Massey technician applied the wrong chemical to my lawn. On 8/6 my lawn started dying. On 8/13 a supervisor inspected and acknowledged the extensive damage was caused by them and said they would make it right. It is now 8/29 and my phone calls are not being returned. The extraordinary service they say they provide is extraordinarily absent.
