Predatory and deceiving practices. They will send you additional bills even though you prepaid for a set and agreed for price. After complaining about their services, the manager came out and tried to up sell us on termite and mosquito services while not even addressing the original issue. Avoid this company at all cost!
I've tried to give this company benefit of the doubt and time to get their act together. Been with them for about 4 years right after I landscaped my front. Irrigation, Provista turf, srubs, and even the big Reclinata I did myself. Nathan, the General Manager left last year and things have literally went South. Like night and day. If yall are looking at the bad reviews and thinking "man no way can they suck that bad" I can assure you, they do. My technician was awesome, he was really nice and did a good job when he came. We did schedule services multiple times and the person just never showed though, which was frustrating. After I moved, we kept it so my roommate could keep getting coverage until the lease was done and she also moved. I was billed for a service and asked her about it, she let me know no one ever came. I do not recommend this lawn and shrub care company. We gave them a second chance after a previous failure, trusting their promise that things had changed. Unfortunately, after two years, the condition of our lawn and shrubs has only continued to deteriorate. After reviewing our security camera footage, we repeatedly confirmed that technicians were not performing the services they claimed to complete. This is my first bad review, ever. I was just charged $85 right before Christmas for a service I had absolutely no idea about. David, a service tech, came to my home last year over a mosquito issue. He said this mosquito bucket typically works. He said there isn’t much they can do for mosquitoes, the bucket was going to be a one time ordeal.
