Your Ai sends out your reply stating someone will get in touch. They do not !! Perhaps your VP of service should have a list of persons with problems for follow up and rewards when done. This is my second problem event and 7 days latter no reply!!!! Very disappointed!! Prior manager Mr. Galt was very customer oriented and CARED about YOUR customers. I hope Mr. Buhler gets this memo..

After watching the termite inspector doing his “thorough” annual inspection of our home in under 16 minutes (according to the camera, between the time he rang doorbell to walking out the front door), I contacted Massey to educate myself on what was conducted during the annual inspection. Let’s see, where do I begin? 1) Lack of communication. 2) Sales person writing checks they can’t cash as far as telling us what Massey services will do versus what was actually done. Six weeks later, and our grass is worse off based on when this company told us they were going to have somebody come out to fix the sprinklers, the grass and the weed control. 3) representatives, or the manager stop by without notice. I have requested a sprinkler repair person on 9/23/2023. I was told it would be less than two weeks. Now a month later and still no one!!! I have had to contact them as they have never contacted me.

I've been a customer with St Pete office for years, with regular spray every 2 months. I have sod web worms and been calling and calling since 8/18. The manager FINALLY came out 9/14 and said they'll fix it. It's 9/24 and still no treatment. My yard looks awful!

YOUR SURVICE NOW SUCKS. 8 YRS WE HAD GREAT SERVICE. NO BUGS, NO ISSUES. NOW BUGS ON MY HOUSE, SIDING IS BEING DESTROYED BY WOODPECKERS, EATING THE BUGS ON MY CEDAR SIDING. YOUR SERVICE IS MORE EXPENSIVE AND LESS EFFECTIVE. THIS IS BULLSHIT. WOODPECKERS WOULDN'T BE EATING AT MY HOUSE, WITHOUT A REASON. HENCE CRAP SERVICE.

We’ve had services for about 10 years. Over the last 2 years we’ve had nothing but problems. Dead grass more weeds than ever and now a irrigation system that we can’t use. waited 2 weeks for an appointment we waited at home all day and no one showed up or called to let us know they weren’t coming. We’ve reported all these problems multiple times without any resolution or money back, don’t trust the guarantee they offer.
