YOUR SURVICE NOW SUCKS. 8 YRS WE HAD GREAT SERVICE. NO BUGS, NO ISSUES. NOW BUGS ON MY HOUSE, SIDING IS BEING DESTROYED BY WOODPECKERS, EATING THE BUGS ON MY CEDAR SIDING. YOUR SERVICE IS MORE EXPENSIVE AND LESS EFFECTIVE. THIS IS BULLSHIT. WOODPECKERS WOULDN'T BE EATING AT MY HOUSE, WITHOUT A REASON. HENCE CRAP SERVICE.

We’ve had services for about 10 years. Over the last 2 years we’ve had nothing but problems. Dead grass more weeds than ever and now a irrigation system that we can’t use. waited 2 weeks for an appointment we waited at home all day and no one showed up or called to let us know they weren’t coming. We’ve reported all these problems multiple times without any resolution or money back, don’t trust the guarantee they offer.

Unfortunately, they have become a very unethical company. Their services was acceptable. However, the unethical part of their company is the management, and this should scare anyone. In other words, if you have a dispute with the bill or anything for that matter, please be careful how you bring it up to their attention, they have the power over you and they will use it unwilfully against you... Stay away!!! They massacred our beautiful front grass. They put some chemicals and the grass is now dead!!! Wasted so much money for a disaster!

We have had Massey Scam services for 13 years to cover termite,pest, etc. we found out today that we had had some rodent damage in our garage which was protected we thought by Massey 6,000 worth. The damage is not covered. Do you know how much money we have spent,thousands of dollars probably over the last several years yet there’s no damage because it wasn’t damaged by one of their employees. Here’s the million dollar question does John Morgan hire messy services?

Been with them since 2017. At first they did good and then downhill from there. They guarantee satisfaction to correct or money back (on their website). Have had chinch bugs for past several months with retreats with no success. I still paid but refuse to pay for treatment done without being informed and done during the middle of sprinklers watering yard. No paper work, no email, just bill in mail which I refuse to pay. I was charged 2 years in a row for termit service that I canceled April 2022. Massey called me in April 2022 to set up termit inspection. I informed her that I sold the house in November 2021 and did not need service anymore. she informed me it was transferable. I told her I would mention it to the new owner, but I no longer needed the coverage. Irrigation maintenance program + landscape services are pretty good. For the other hands never consider Massey for Termite Protection, they have a really bad service at least in Orlando area
