Both next door and us had Massey lawn care. TERRIBLE SERVICE. When we both left Massey we had weeds everywhere. Now with a different company both lawns are looking Much better and Very Few weeds left. Often the Massey 'lawn technicians' would tell us the exact opposite of their other 'technician'. This company is a complete fraud. They send out a college kid with a sob story and false promises so that you will try them out. TWO brown recluse bites later, multiple calls to these jokers with the cancellation of our contract verified, and we still have to dispute recurring charges. We had to pay for a different pest control service to come while we are still paying for Massey. We never had a pest issue before we hired this BS. Horrible costumer service. Had a 3:30 appointment for our initial consultation. I called twice and kept being told they were calling the technician to see where he was and he was going to call me. Finally, at 4:30 I get a phone call. He tells me he was “caught up with a leak” and is at a location around 30-minutes away and would be leaving in about 10-minutes. 2 hours late for an appointment and I had to call the company to see where someone was several times? Stick with a company that honors your appointment time!

Called 5 times and no return calls. Signed up for lawn service on 4/11/23 and my grass has been cut once. Hector a manager I called said it was cut on 4/28/23 which I replied no one showed up as I was home, his answer was the lawn tech is one of his best guy’s and don’t lie! But I have cameras and and they don’t lie! Look at my Massey app today and it shows that they cut my lawn on 05/17/23. Look at my cameras for that date, no Massey Crew was at my house. TERRIBLE ! I waited ALL DAY today as I had an appointment and here it is after 5pm and nobody showed. My grass is dying even after they sprayed three weeks ago. BUYER BEWARE ! Longwood Florida office is terrible. THEY SUCK !

Do not use this company unless you want more bugs then you started with, and have money stolen out of your bank account. I was sold a year long contract by a door to door salesman in the Tulsa area when it was Insight Pest, right before Massy bought them out. He put in my contract I would get a full exclusion service on my first treatment. Disappointed in the non-communication. Absolutely love our sales person, Orville, but he is the only person who communicates and actually gets things done. Massey was recommended to me and so far I am not impressed with the irrigation services. There was no communication when they were coming out - and then they left a big hole in my yard (which Orville had to fix). I have not been told I would receive a refund for the sprinkler they could not fix where they left a hole, and every single time I call the office no one knows w... read more

I have a love hate relationship with Massey, I been a Massey customer in the Orlando (Lake Nona) area for over 5 years, my experience with communication this pass year has took a turn for the worse. The communication is no return calls or emails or it takes about a week to hear from a manager. I reached out to corporate two times and they have advised me someone will reach out still waiting. Our former pest control was taken over by Massey late last year. We have not had one appointment and have been calling since February to ask for service. We were told someone would come out in March when was the next time we were on the schedule, never happened. We called again and said April. Last week my husband attempted to call twice because I was getting nowhere fast. He was hung up on and given the run around that they had to call the local office.
