Would rate 0 stars honestly…. I asked for Pest Control through my apartment complex who was using this company to service my community’s apartments. After requesting them, I walked into my apartment to notice the back room light on and every part of my kitchen , living room and bathroom littered with tech notes saying they've been here for the day and I also found one in my fridge and one on my dogs cage as if the tech sprayed in these places too! I have been a customer for over 3 years, i recently spent $1000 on services when I bought my new home last month and today i get sent another bill, they never called me to let me know they were scheduled which they always do. when Krista the "office manager" gets on the phone she is more worried about being right and saying well you signed an agreement etc. and talking over me instead of helping a customer. i asked her to stop talking over me and raised my voice so she could hear me over her repetitive explanation of why its... read more
krista the office manager off mlk wouldnt stop speaking over me, was too worried about being right and not at all worried about the customer. i spend $1000 last month with them and now they send a bill today without ever calling me. when i call upset she hangs up on me. this company doesnt care about their customers or that woman would never be in charge.

Lack of communication, lack of organization, deceiving. I would truly not recommend this company. I have emailed with the details of our situation, and we no longer want to do business with Massey Services.
We have had Massey for years and the service getting worse and worse We have termite control containers they are suppose to fill them yearly. They are under dirt Refuse to dig up and fill.When you call they say yearly maintenance fee is for when the termite get In the house and destroy it. Yea right. Sonething wrong with this company

I am a former Massey green up tech. I gave them a 6 month notice of my departure from the company. They even gave me an award for my service. I was good to them. On my final paycheck they took $1300 away from me and when I called payroll to inquire why, they told me I was not entitled to that money. The regional manager has refused to return my call to get a detailed explanation as to why they have chosen to take money from me but I am about to escalate if I do not receive an explanation. Department of labor here I come…
Seems like this company needs to have better training for lawn services. at least their irrigation team is good.

I absolutely do not recommend them. I was a prior Massey customer and was satisfied, so I referred my daughter who had an unusual mite issue. As it was an emergency, I was able to get her an immediate appointment. They came out and told her they had to send the sample out. That was 2 weeks ago. She called multiple times, daily, as the issue got worse. She ended up needing to call someone else since it was worsening and Massey was not responding. We signed and prepaid a contract in October 2022. Weeds were our biggest concern. To date, there is no evidence that they are being controlled at all. We were accused of over spraying for weeds which was not true and it appears on every monthly statement. It would be nice to have some upper management come out and take a look at what is…NOT BEING DONE! And then let’s see some results to our request!
